Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of confirmed delivery.

The 30-day period begins on the date tracking confirms your order was delivered.

Requests submitted after 30 days may not be eligible for review and are subject to TekPaws’ discretion.


Eligible Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements are available in the following situations:

• The item arrived damaged
• The item has a verified manufacturing defect
• You received the wrong item

Photo or video evidence may be required to process your request.

TekPaws reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a refund, replacement, partial refund, or return authorization.


🔄 Change-of-Mind Returns (Unused Items Only)

We understand that sometimes a product may not feel like the right fit once it arrives.

If you change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item:

• Is unused and in original condition
• Shows no signs of wear, washing, pet hair, dirt, or odor
• Includes original packaging and all original components

Items must be suitable for resale.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for approved change-of-mind returns.

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Used items
• Items showing signs of pet hair, washing, odor, dirt, or damage
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
• Normal wear and tear
• Clearance or final sale items
• Personalized or customized products

All returned items must meet inspection standards to qualify for a refund.


🖊️ Custom & Personalized Products (Final Sale)

All customized, personalized, or made-to-order products are final sale and non-refundable.

This includes items customized with names, text, sizing adjustments, or special design selections.

Personalized products may only qualify for replacement if a verified manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Please review all customization details carefully before placing your order.


📦 Return Authorization

Returns must be approved in advance.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

If a return is approved, detailed return instructions will be provided via email.


🚚 Return Shipping Costs

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover any required return shipping costs or may issue a refund or replacement without requiring a return.

For approved change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


💳 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow:

• 3–5 business days for internal processing after approval
• 5–10 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


🛡️ Abuse & Chargeback Protection

TekPaws reserves the right to decline return or refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Incomplete claims, unverifiable claims, or excessive return activity may result in refusal of service.

Customers are encouraged to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback. Claims filed without prior contact may be formally contested with supporting documentation.
